Thank you Connie for the nice postcard with kind words.  I will be seeing the Bison in August for sure since we will be camping across the US to Colorado for a wedding and then to Wyoming to see our grandkids and then camping all the way back home.

Thanks to Wendy for the sunflower seeds that came yesterday. Have the perfect place to plant them!  And 3 more postcards from Melanie, 2 of Mt Hood and one from Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany. That was about an hour and a half from where we lived for 4 years and was a frequent getaway as the  US Army ran a ski lodge there. Plus my Military Spouses' clubs and Dave's unit hosted conferences there many times.

Thanks to everyone who sent prayers and messages yesterday and today because of the huge storm in East Texas yesterday evening.  I'm fine; my area was on the southern edge of the storm and did not have significant damage compared to the images you're probably seeing on TV.
