Some things are a bit too much that they suggest, but there are plenty of good tips littered throughout the year in this book.

Still in the process of reading it. It takes you throughout one full year. The suggestions are do-able. A lot of it I've already done, but its good to read anyway.

This shouldn't be read all at once, of course. The value of doing all of these things vary. She seems especially fanatic about going paperless, like printing your movie tickets on line to save paper for the ticket, she doesn't mention downsides, like how much manufacturing a computer and disposing of it harms the environment.
