Sam Callahan is running for his life after witnessing a politician - a candidate for congress, enter a motel with a blonde who is later found dead. Same becomes the target of the FBI as well as assassins. His childhood spent on the streets comes in handy while he is on the run. With heightened mental abilities and street smarts, Sam goes underground untill he can uncover who is behind it all. Good beginning of a series and good character.
