RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Market purchase. PaperbackSwap stands behind the quality of our products. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping and handling costs. Please contact our customer service department with any questions regarding returns at
market@paperbackswap.com. Please note: cover image mismatch does not qualify as a reason for return. We can't guarantee that the cover image on the screen will match the book shipped. What we do guarantee will match: the ISBN, title, author and booktype on the listing will match the book shipped. Cover image is not guaranteed to match. This is true for both Overstock and Super Seller books.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS
If we have been contacted and agree to refund an item, returned items must be received by us within 30 days of receipt by the customer. It is strongly suggested that you use a shipping method for returns that has a tracking number. Items must be returned in unopened or original condition.
