This is a great book for anyone pressed for time (and who isn't these days?) It's easy to dip in and out of this book and take away several ideas that will help you in your meditation practice.

A great book, with lots of tips on ways to meditate and things to meditate on.
Very nice little guide, lots of tips and photos.
This is a book I will never repost. I keep buying copies for other people. It is simple and sweet, covers the eseentials. Pictures and information make it user-friendly.
