I can't believe how many amazing things can be done with those extra boxes of cake mix that I end up with in my pantry after the $1 sale at my local grocery store! There are some really great ideas in here covering so much more than just cakes. I had expected many of the recipes to end up looking alike by the 50th or 60th recipe. But, they really didn't! There are 101 unique ideas in this cookbook!

What a great little book! I've made so many of the recipes and I get rave reviews! These recipes are so handy for 'on-the-fly' baking, I mostly have the ingridients in my cupboard already, but at least I'm not making the same-old-sheet-cake! Love it!
this is a great resource for baking. There are very simple and easy recipes. You can use ingredients you almost always have on hand.
