I feel like this book can be summed up in one sentence: delegate all of the things you do not want to do to other people. Unfortunately, the only people that will be able to do that are the people who can afford personal servants/errand-runners. Most of the advice given is already common sense or can at least be found for free on numerous life-hacking blogs. The other advice is geared toward people in the upper SEC who have no problem leaving their child with a nanny for most of the day, paying for someone else to prepare your food, buy your clothes, etc. ....obviously not the good majority of readers.

Good way to think about how much time we do have.
Instead of stressing out about how much time you do not have, enhance
every minute you do have.
Plan,plan plan.
