Wow, I forgot about this one when someone asked me recently if I ever did a 'diet' Yes, I generally followed this one and it is wonderful. Very readable style of writing. Expect lots of green tea, probiotic foods, fruit, vegetables, small amounts of whole grains and generous lean proteins. You don't go hungry!

Love this book!! Lost 38 pounds in less than 4 months. The weight fell off and I was never hungry!!! The only mistake I made was not exercising. Now I have to try to firm up.

This really works. I have lost 30 lbs and have been keeping it off. Healthy and never hungry. Love this book!

This diet(life style) totally ROCKS. Weight is down, inches are gone, blood pressure is down, Cholesteral is down. I am never hungry, and it is sooo easy.

I am only about 10 pounds out of the range I want to be but I thought this would be a good way to really hit that 10 pounds hard and try a better way of eating. I felt like I was starving to death on this diet. Its just really not for me at all. I followed it to a 'T' for the first 17 Days and had no results at all. I hope others have more luck.
