I signed up for an Tai Chi program to regain my flexibility and get moving that pent-up energy.
I am reading "I Can Make You Thin : The Revolutionary System Used by More Than 3 Million People" by Paul Mc Kenna to help me lose weight and maintain it. It includes a cd that I will listen to each night before going to bed.
I also am prioritizing my activities and saying "no" to the ones that drain me and also saying "no" to people who are psychic vampires that drain me even more.
