I finished Nemesis by Agatha Christie. I think itis the best Ms. Marple I have read. Written in 1971, I think this is the last Miss Marple she wrote as a novel. There are short stories. You can see she was wrapping up the character. Miss Marple still has her wit and charm. If you are Miss Marple Fan this is a good one. |

Yes, I think that book is the last Miss Marple book. Always loved her and Hercule Poirot. I'm glad to be doing this again, after the last year I had I am looking forward to being able to read a good amount (100 or above) of books again. My Dad suffered seven months of illness and passed away in July. Since then I have been going through probate, selling the house, and settling the estate, etc. A terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year, to borrow from a book title. But it is a new year and I'm looking forward to many good things. |

I finished Murder on an Irish Farm (An Irish Village Mystery) by Carlene O'Connor. Not as good as the previous book. Much of the book focused around solving a murder from 50 years ago. Still loved the Irish setting. |

I'm reading a series about some old ladies who have adventures. some of the books are not mysteries, just adventures, but some are mysteries. Would it make sense to use only the ones that are mysteries for this challenge? |
