Not as awesome as I thought it would be. There are some good ideas, but, I know that my 3 year old picky eater will probably not eat half of the recipes in the book.
A decent little cookbook. I can't say that the recipes entranced my children; there is nothing magically attractive for kids here, but the recipes are simple & easy to follow. My son used to make delicious homemade eggnog using the recipe from this one!
Not too many healthy things in this book. Lots of sugar.
