Fabulous book. Sensible mom, great ideas, engaging style. Specific timing tips, recipes. I had it from the library for months. If I don't get it on pbs then I think I'm going to actually buy it.

Okay book-- nothing I didn't already know. "Healthy Sleep Habits, Healthy Child" was a much better book, in my opinion.
