Please use this thread to post thanks for the RAOK gifts, wishes granted, and anything else you are thankful for here on PBS.  Let's try to keep the ***RAOK*** and ***I Wish*** threads easier to check for wishes to grant and goodies to request.

Note: please be sure to thank people who grant your RAOK wishes. It's not necessary to do it here in the thread, if you would prefer to PM privately to let the sender know you received your gifts. Unfortunately, things do get lost in the mail. In addition, senders have mentioned that they have not heard from the people they have sent things to, and wonder if the items have been received. We hesitate to keep sending to someone who does not acknowledge gifts. If someone declines your request, that may be the reason.  Senders contact me in frustration, saying that they do not know if items are received and that it is usually the same people who do not correspond. Most have decided not to send to those requestors again. It is sad, but necessary to them. So please respond in some way.

Thank you everyone who has sent up prayers for my brother with his teminal cancer.  In two weeks, we will be celebrating the wedding of his only daughter and Chuck will be able to walk her down the aisle and enjoy the day.  He has fought hard to make it past the 3 year mark that the doctor declared to be here for this joyous event.  Again thank you to each of you who have sent encouraging messages and prayers.

Ok ya'll,  my neuropathy has only gotten worse over the 45 years I've had it.  i may just have to put thanks in here and not to individuals as my fingers just want to tap keys now and then.  

So, thanks to Vicky for the lovely card.  Thanks also, to Mona and Connie who send postcards from time to time.  Appreciate the mail since I'm not getting out alot.

Thank you Towana for the postcard from Utah!  We are headed that way this morning, driving!  We are going to KY to visit Lee's mom today and camping our way to Colorado for a wedding in Estes Park on the 18th.  Then we go to Utah and Wyoming to visit grandkids and see Yellowstone again.  After those we are camping our way back through and going to 3 state fairs.  I will be exhausted with travel for a while.
