The Face in the Window...Just a second. That was all it took. In that second Anita Sherwood saw the face of the young boy in the window of the bus as it stopped at the curb - and she knew it was her son. The sone who had been knidnapped two years before. The son who had never been dound and who had been declared legally dead.
A Mother's Desperate Search...But now her son was alive. Anita knew it in her heart. She was certain that the boy was her son, but how could she get anyone to believe her? She'd given the police leads before that ended up going nowhere, so they're not exactly eager to waste much time on another dead end on a dead case. It's going to be up to Anita. With only one unexpected ally, she'll stop at nothing to get her son back. He's already been taken from her once. She won't lose him again.

This is the first Brian Pinkerton novel I've read. I want to read more of his books! This was an excellent mystery/thriller! I highly recommend it!
Good book, great storyline and an ending that will shock the hell out of you. This shows that a mother knows her child, even if it is two years later.
