While I'm not a member of a 12 step program and don't really like them at all I did get alot out of this book. Insperation, ideas, and a new way of thinking. Anyone who has problems with overeating can get at least a little something out of this book and if you do follow the 12 step progarms or are part of OA then it is a great companion book to help you along the way.

I have moved beyond what OA has to offer (see settingcaptivesfree.com), but what OA has to offer was an important step in my healing, and I am thankful for the organization and these stories.
