I had this book sitting in my TBR for a while. It is one of those really great books you say to yourself "man, why did I not read this sooner?" It was one of those books I could not put down. I loved this story!

Mallery's books keep you from doing other things. Once you start you cannot put them down and by the end the characters are your friends and you hate to let them go. this is a great read.

This was a great book. Forget the kleenex, have a hankie that won't shred from the tears real close at hand. Nathan and Kerri's love story is marvelous, but it is the story of a mother's love for her dying child that tugs at your heart.

Talk about covers being misleading! This was a wonderful book. It has been years since a book made me cry this much! This book is a must read, but be sure to keep a box of Kleenex handy!

Just when I think that I have read the BEST of Susan Mallery, she once again surprises me. "Accidentally Yours" is a very moving combination of romance, caring and the devoted love of single mom for her dying son. Couldn't put it down. GREAT READ!

Great book. Read it on a rainy afternoon. I laughed at Kerri playing Super Mom for her sick son and cried when he was in the hospital dying, waiting for the research scientist to come up with a cure. Nice little romance going on between Kerri and Nathan, whom she bribed to donate fifteen million dollars for the research. Then there is Nathan's crazy sister trying to ruin him. This story keeps you on your toes.

Story is about a single mom with a dying son who seeks a man to fund the research. She blackmails him to fund it and he used her for publicity. While trying to be all business like other feelings emerged. You will have to read the book to know what exactly what happens, but I couldn't put the book down.
THIS WAS SUCH A GOOD BOOK! ALL OF SUSAN MALLERY'S BOOKS ARE GREAT!
Cute book about a mother of a special needs child, doing all she can to save her son. In the process of blackmailing a rich entrepreneur, so finds unexpected love. Definitely heartwarming <3
I've read most of Susan Mallery's books and this is one of my favorites.
Very misleading cover and back blurp. I thought it would be really light-hearted and silly so I kept putting off reading it. Boy, was I wrong. It is a wonderful book but I cried and cried and cried. The characters are great and it's a huge tear-jerker, especially for parents. I loved it.
Good Book. Susan Mallery is a good author!
I really liked the heroine for the most part. She was bold. The medical facts were weak but who wants reality. I read this in 1 night because I just couldn't stop.
I thought this was a good book. There were times I had a hard time putting it down.
Quick read, very cute romance, liked it a lot!

Will seduce if necessary. Blackmailis not out of the question.Miracles welcome.
As A Peds ICU nurse I read novels to eascape the sad reality. This book was well written and enjoyable, but a little too much reality for me. I need a happy and fun book, no terminally ill children!
Great, great. A story of a mother's love that will need tissues but a great read.
Nice read. Good character development. The women are strong and not afraid to stand up for what they belive. Leaves you with an good feeling that everything has turned out right because it was meant to happen that way.
Very good story. A little predictable, but over all it was a great read.
