I have been continually checking out this book from my local library because of the excellent information contained therein. This is a wonderful resource for self-help in the realm of natural health. It give complete instructions for using accupressure plus adjunct therapies to go along with it. I highly recommend it to all alternative health professionals and wannabes, plus anyone who wants to improve there own health in their own home.
