Kuen-Shii Tsay, Lic. Ac., NCCA (National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists) graduated from Taipei Medical College in 1971, Chun-Yuan Clinic of Chinese Medicine in 1976, and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Department of Clinical Pathology in 1983. Tsay has completed several research projects on the use of acupuncture anesthesia in various types of surgery, which he submitted to China Medical College's affiliated hospital. He has also completed research projects that deal with fine needle aspiration of thyroid tumors, which he presented to Johns Hopkins Hospital.« less
