This is a great kids' adventure book! My 9-year-old son loved both the Vin Fiz and Hotsy Totsy. The kids are funny, have exciting adventures, and save the day by solving mysteries. My boy loves to read, but generally prefers airplane or train related non-fiction as often action/adventure fiction is "too scary." This book was very exciting without being scary. If you have a kid around 7-10 years old who loves adventure but not violence, we recommend the Vin Fiz and Hotsy Totsy.
