Very helpful and easy to read. Explains several methods of Bible study including 7 five minute methods, 6 ten minute methods and one 30 minute method. The book has room for you to fill in the insights you get from your own personal studies too. I learned several helpful study methods that I had not known before. I highly recommend this book.

The different prayers one can pray are included. I enjoyed praying through the different types and seeing the examples Catherine gave of God's answering them. It is an easy read.
