It was a good Cinderella story ... but with more down-to-earth, real people (not royal snobs). I liked the touch of mystery in trying to figure out who the kidnappers were ... even though it was a bit obvious. The characters stay with you after you're done reading.

This story was so-so. It didn't really grab me in a big way, since it was pretty easy to figure out who the kidnappers were and how the story was going to end. It's not enough to get me to read the rest of the series.

Her Serene Highness Gabriella is suffering from amnesia and her kidnappers are still on the loose. Prince Armand has lost no time in calling in his close friend, American detective Reeve MacGee to help solve the case and protect Brie.
