Beautifully presented in black and white on cream colored pages. This is an interesting collection of memoirs, history, photographs, and recipes from one of the USAs prestigous schools. Well worth reading - putting out as a coffee table book - and using the recipes. Several of the recipes are originals from Dr. Carver.
