I was a little thrown to realize that the story does not end with this book, but I'm excited to read the next and follow Julia on her journey. I really enjoyed the style of writing, and maybe it's because I'm from NW Iowa, but the story felt very familiar. Julia is nothing like me, but I found myself easily putting myself in her shoes. I would definitely recommend this book.
