Good suspenseful story. This is the first book I've read by Eberhardt; will definitely read more of his books.

The Governor of Hawaii is ritually eviscerated and the teenage prostitute who was with him is murdered as well. The prime suspect is an aging native Hawaiian environmentalist who dies during the pretrial hearings. Then the Assistant D.A. begins to uncover dirty doings.
