I love this cookbook. It has almost everything in it! One doesn't have to be a vegetarian to appreciate it.
At first glance it may not seem too organized, but viewing it all the way through one sees that the sections are divided by and food course categories and food type categories. There is also an extensive index to aid in finding a recipe fast.
Unfortunately there are no pictures, nor [since it is an older cookbook] nutritional information. But it is still one of the best cookbooks I have come across.
