Very interesting take on Nostradamus and his predictions. It's actually about his trainee and the character is believalbe and fun. Some humor and a lot of incite to the times they lived in. The justice system was scary for lack of a better description.

Makes the recent election look trivial. We have it pretty good. Most of the players were well written and I'll continue to read the series with pleasure.

Forgettable supernatural murder mystery set in Renaissance Venice.
