I enjoyed reading this book. And it has helped make me a better person. Now I can proudly tell people, "I drink because I'm proud I'm an American!"

And the facts I learned made me proud of our national heritage. Oh, how I wish I lived in the early 19th century America, when whiskey cost a lot less than tea, coffee or even milk. Even better would have been to live in Boston during the Revolutionary period, when one out of every eight buildings was a drinking establishment.

Unfortunately, I've spilled so much alcohol on this book while reading it I can't post it here.
