Even though I plan to go on Weight Watchers, I bought this book simply because it has over 200 simple, low-cal recipes, along with a calorie count table broken down into fats and grams of many foods, along with several pages of pictures of strength-training exercises, done with barbells. Another section gives examples of weekly menus broken down into fat grams (i.e.,15% fat grams, 20% fat grams, etc.)increasing in increments. I think it is a great, over-all diet book.
Not just for people taking alli. Great recipes for men and women at various stages of weight loss.
