This is a pretty good book, and is well-written.
Ii is not the typical true crime book. It does follow a man's descent to crime, his capture and trial, but also his unusual faith and how the Pope became involved.

Interesting book. I wanted to read this book because I have been to Branson, MO a few times and this story takes place around there. Darrell Mease certainly had an interesting life.
