I have read all of SM's books, and did a reread on this one because I did not remember it. As I went along I did remember that this was not one of her finest. Truly, the male character was a whiney jerk. There was a lot of arguing with Ethan always blaming Liz for her actions not taking responsibility for himself until the end. Beats me why she would keep giving him chances.
