This was my first Grace Livingston Hill book and it won't be my last! She writes an engaging read with good characterization-reminds me a lot of the Anne of Green Gables series. I like how she really gets to the deep spiritual issues inside of a light but still realistic romance. Only con is the ideals she writes about are a bit old fashioned and heavy handed at times. But that won't stop me from reading more from her.
