This is a posibly collectible copy, good condition, of Lawrence Sanders first novel. The story and pace is great. A classic "caper" story of a recently released convict who plans a apartment building heist. It is written "as if" it is a non-fiction narrative of an event. A stand alone novel not with any of his series characters he developed later in his writing career. Read the novel and then find the 1971 film with Sean Connery for a fun evening.
