Her wounds (mostly self-inflicted) will never completely heal and those who love her will be hurt also. A lyrical but dark look at the effects of war on the human soul.

Two people, each with his and her own burden of remorse and guilt, seek to build a life together, despite the secrets they feel they can never confess. Brilliantly captures the capacity for "good and evil, betrayal and sacrifice" that lives within each of us.
