In case you don't know--this is in the Christian fiction genre.
Pros: short chapters, sparkling clean (of course), easy reading for a rainy day
Cons: corny, juvenile, no thrill, not much suspense as you can figure out the entire plot in the first half of the book, it has so many obvious clues as to the killer so the who and the why of the book isn't a surprise if you make it to the end, too much corny dialogue that you know people just don't talk like that, too many stupid things that you know a police detective or anyone on the police force would not do, being a Christian book there are a lot of short prayers in this book however I just don't think people pray at the drop of a hat so I found that kind of corny
I like a book with more suspense/thrill to the story and more likeable characters and realistic police procedures.
