Seriously folks, if you skipped the first 2 in this series you would be completely and utterly LOST in this book. Thankfully, I read the first 2 and enjoyed them emensely. However I really wished we hadnt had to wait a year for this 3rd installment. I had a rough time remembering the characters, and who was who. This book was long and wore me OUT! There were just too many scenes with gut wrenching pain and detailed fighting scenes.
In a nutshell, Evy is being manipulated by a crazy scientist who injected her with vampire venom ??? Then when she heals herself with magic, shes kidnapped and studied because he is trying to find a vampire cure.
