The latest additon to her Archangel series continues the stories of flat and ulikable characters such as De, Rye, Michael, Morningstar, and Mouse. The plot is full of bland and cliche twists and turns-- which you can predict long before the last page. The people (and angels) represent such a jumble of different cultures to make nearly anyone feel anoyed and overstuffed. What makes this book especially bad is the inclusion of current issues twisted to indoctornate the readers to the far leftist ideology. Morehouse uses situations in the book to criticize the increasingly theocratic tendencies of some governments. The christians are hit pretty badly. More so then the others. She examines the end of the world prophecy from diferent cultures, incorporating the mess in her book. She also counters many Biblical beliefs, using her preaching voice and the far left ideas of correct way of thinking. Last Note: do not read the series out of order. This is not a stand alone book.
