Happy April! What is everyone reading? I'm working on the last Wrexford & Sloan mystery, Murder at King's Crossing. SHould be finished with it tonight. The new one comes out in Spetember. Anyone up for a mini April challenge? We used to do a Biggest Loser challenge, where we only read books on our TBR lists. |

Hi, guys! Sorry! I've been MIA. Honestly, I've been reading, but slowly. LOL! It seems lately by the time I get into bed, I can only keep my eyes open for a few minutes. I've had a few false starts with eyeball reads. Just couldn't find anything that kept my attention. I finally landed on Meadowland by Thomas Holt, and it's fairly entertaining. I'm about halfway through. Still (yes, 75 days later) listening to The Count of Monte Cristo. It's 52 hours long, and I'm around hour 47, so it won't be long. This is my second listen (and my first time listening to the unabridged version), and yes, it remains my favorite book of all time. Simply brilliant. Happy Easter to all who celebrate! |
