I like BookSumo publications because they have few (if any) typos and offer nutritional information. There are many photos, but they may be for a different recipe. One significant difference between Arizona and Tex-Mex is the use of corn and black beans instead of pintos and corn. It certainly changes the taste of the dishes. This is a nice assortment of recipes.
