I just finished a surprisingly--to me--good book, Till Armageddon: A Perspective on Suffering:: Billy Graham. I don't know why I was surprised that I actually enjoyed the reading--probably because it is an older book--1981, and I thought the reading might be dull and pedantic. On the contrary, it was interesting and easy to read, though filled with a depth of knowledge. I often think we follow after the current and popular authors, and forget about the bounteous works of the older ones. In the preface, Dr. Graham writes..."And so my concern in writing this book has been practical--to see what the Bible teaches us about suffering: how we should view it, and how we should prepare for it..." If you have questions or are interested in this topic, I highly recommend this book--5 stars.
