I've read many books at the end of my 26 year marriage...this book was delightful! Dominique Browning tells a story of the demise of her marriage and the rebuilding and rebirth of her home and gardens and ultimately of her life. Her story is uplifting and inspiring. It got me off my duff and got me started back into life.

This is a very personal book for me, so that is one reason I gave it a five star, which some people may not agree with. It IS well written and touches the depths and nuances of emotion. Don't remember how I originally came across it, but I knew I must add it to my library. It just seemed to fit what I felt & needed and I wanted it available as a part of me.

What a lovely, peaceful, inspiring book to read! The writing style was very engaging, intelligent without being a strain to read.
