Ugh. I couldn't finish this book. The 'main' character is horrid. I can't believe anybody would love him much less TWO people. He is uncaring and selfish. Not what I'm looking for in a romance.
I don't know whether it was the stilted style of writing, the subject of politics (which is a total turnoff to me; can it really be combined with romance?), or the completely unsympathetic characters involved - but this book is awful. Everything is drama, drama, drama - I think a teenage girl wrote it in the throes of PMS. Don't waste your time.
