I really liked this book. A really good read...
An interesting, but not perfectly plotted novel. The focus is a conspiracy to create clones of celebrities, using advanced biotechnology. Standing in the way of this conspiracy are former FBI agent Christal Anaya, famous actress Sheela Marks, and ex-Marine Lymon Bridges.
Could you do a better job at raising Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts, Elvis Presley or John Lennon from childbirth to adult? What if it was perfectly legal to do? Would you agree to that if you knew that your children would never have any debilitating diseases EVER? This is a work of fiction but as with all cutting edge technologies, there is a lot of "truth" in that fiction.
A very Bizarre plot that really could happen!
Bizarre celebrity thefts are occuring all over the world. A major genetics firm has been kidnapping top genetic scientists and using them in a bizarre black market trade of celebrity DNA- all at the command of a megalomaniacal mastermind who will stop at nothing until the world is as beautiful as Hollywood's A list. A good read that will keep you turning the pages.
A departure from this author's usual genre. A little too technical for my taste, but readable.
Fascinating novel on what could happen with cloning and "kidnapping" of DNA. Well written and, all in all, not that unbelievable.
