It is a book written by four different authors but they are all writing about the same Grandmother and four cousins who are picking out their special remembrance of the childhood spent at their Grandmother's victorian home.

If you like to unwind a bit of history and watch a little romance unravel, then, "Attic Treasures", is the perfect choice. In the book, family relics create a stream of romance. For Shiela inquires about an old doll. Little does she know that the antique dealer has much more to offer. Little by little, the family treasures that the ladies find help each unravel their own need for romance and a different direction in their life.

This book was ok. I didn't love it because I felt the stories were to short and that didn't allow time for character development or plot. If you are looking for sweet and short stories, this book is great!

This is "light" reading, but very enjoyable. The four authors have nicely intertwined the concept, characters, and tone of the stories. Parts of the book are standard relationship developments but there are refreshing twists. Faith is a major factor in each story, and makes each one a "clean" read. Nicely written and good to read, especially if one of the authors is already a favorite, though a new favorite may be found.

This book includes 4 stories about 4 cousins. Each is 70-100 pages long so it makes for an easy, satisfying read. Each granddaughter is asked to pick an item from their grandmother's attic when grandma moves into a retirement home. Each young lady spends time reminiscing about the past and planning their future as a result. There are several wonderful authors featured here. The book is a christian romance.

This book was four different stories by four different authors. The 4 stories were about 4 female cousins, and each was asked by their Grandmother to pick a personal treasure from her attic when she moved into a retirement village. I felt like some of the stories were lacking in development and it felt like each author was obeying a page limit. On the other hand, I did enjoy the stories. Most of the stories involved the woman finding romance, but one cousin was already married and found a deeper relationship with her husband, so I liked that variety.

For such a time as this.....
Long forgotten family treasures are brought to the center of four romances as Lydia Dunmore prepares to sell her old home in the Wyoming countryside and invites her four granddaughters to choose something to keep from the dusty attic.
Sheila seeks Grandma's doll, but it has already been sold as an antique. When she enlists the helps of a local antiques dealer to recover the doll, will she end up finding more than she bargained for?
Kimber is intrigued by an old fishing tackle box and subsequently thrilled to learn the value of the lures inside. But will she be willing to sacrifice a chance at happiness for money?
Lauren cherishes a christening gown her great-grandmother wore - even though she has chosen career over motherhood. But when her husband leaves the city to buy a farm, will Lauren survive the new way of life forced upon her?
Jessica takes an antique dresser from Grandma's attic and finds some old papers and photographs inside that lead her to a painful discovery about her past. Can she trust a stranger with what she learns about her family ties, or will she lose all she holds dear?
What will each woman learn from the past that may shape the future of the way they treasure faith....and love?
