Do you know that you can purchase a small converter that plugs into your USB port in your car?  It allows you to play audios from a small portable CD player, on you car radio.  No way I was going to give up my physical audio books when I had to change vehicles.  Do I miss the 4 disc player in my Prius - YOU BET! - but I'm making due with this set up and it's not bad.
