This book is a timeless chronology of Mark Twain's life and witticisms. His life is very intriguing and depicative of the era by which he lived and influenced. At times the book may seem against the grain of his stories but the theme is brought back into context.

A very readable insight into Mark Twain. At times I laughed at times I cried. If you like Twain's work, you will love this.
