Has some fantastic recipes from the Low Country in the good ole south. This is food people really eat, not fancy stuff no one ever really makes.

Some of the best Low Country recipes collected from Chef David Young who descends from a family that has lived on this South Carolina barrier Island since the 1700s.

Very nice book for those who love the charm of southern food.
