This book has sound information on every stage of your baby and child's first years, from medical queries to social issues. It provides excellent information on how to provide a stimulating environment for your child to grow and learn, and to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in your home and within your family.
I loved this book, Penelope Leach is the practical person you want telling you about babies and young children. It isn't as flashy as the new books out, but it has EVERYTHING.
