I enjoyed this book quite a bit. I didn't feel like the plot advanced very far, but the atmosphere of doom and hopelessness wasn't present. Basically everybody ends up on Dathomir and there is fighting and some token "lets all be friends" schlock and then the sith come and everybody splits up again. And Daala just isn't learning how to control how she is perceived and continues to go at things heavy handedly. Looking forward to the next in the series.
Oh, on a good note, Allston sure knows how to write one liners. There were several places where I was just in stitches. Glad for the humor.
