Originally written in the 1970s, the Basil of Baker Street series still delights children and their familys. Basil lives in his mouse apartment underneath Sherlock Holmes residence. Besides being a genius himself, Basil has learned much from Holmes and is in great demand worldwide for his sleuthing skills. This volume was copyrighted in 1976 and published in 1990. It has 3 engrossing problems for Basil to solve - The Case of the Counterfeit Cheese; the theft of the famous painting Mousa Lisa; and the capture of El Bruto.
