John Bogle really has a case for just how broken the corporate management and stockholder system has become. I found the introduction where he laid out the foundation of his argument very compelling. The remaining chapters are in some ways very technical, and targeted toward business professional. Still, even if you only read the first few chapters, you will be much better informed on recent market events.
